• Medical information, dietary requirements, and allergy details.

Who has access to your information?

I will not sell or rent your information to third parties. I will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. I may share information with local authorities for funding purposes or with regulatory bodies like Ofsted if required by law.

 

I use trusted third‑party services to support the secure management of information within my childcare provision. Google Drive and OneDrive are used to store and organise documents relating to your child’s care, and Wix is used to host my website and manage online enquiry forms. These providers process data on my behalf in line with their own privacy and security standards. I ensure that any personal information shared with them is handled lawfully, stored securely, and used only for the purposes of delivering my childcare service.

Your choices

You have a choice about whether or not you wish to receive information from me. You also have the right to access the personal information I hold about you and to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, subject to legal retention periods for childcare records.

Security precautions

I take steps to ensure that your information is treated securely. Physical records are kept in a locked location, and digital information is protected by passwords and secure software.
